Privacy and your data
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fatigue Free Wellness ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through fatiguefreewellness.site. It covers what we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

Scope of this policy
Who this covers
This notice applies to anyone who visits fatiguefreewellness.site, sends us a message, or asks about a consultation. It covers the personal data we handle as the organisation responsible for that data, and it sits alongside our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service.
We keep the wording plain on purpose. If you would rather ask a question directly than read a document, the contact details at the end of this page reach a real inbox, and we answer enquiries during working hours.

What we hold
Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when you send a message or request a consultation: your name, email address, the content of your message, and any details about your routine you choose to include. We also collect limited technical data through cookies and server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
You decide how much detail to share. Nothing on the site requires you to describe your health, your meals, or your sleep before you can read a page or ask a question, and an enquiry that stays general is answered just the same.
- Enquiry details Name, email address, message content, and anything about your routine you choose to describe.
- Scheduling details If you ask to arrange a consultation, the times and reachable contact method you give us.
- Technical data IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and the cookie identifiers described in our Cookie Policy.
- What we do not collect No payment card details, no medical records, and no sensitive health information unless you send it yourself.
Purpose and grounds
Why we process it
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation if you request one. Technical data is used to keep the site working, understand which pages are read, and protect against misuse. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
In practice that means a short list of jobs. Each one has a reason attached, and nothing else is done with your data on the side.
What each piece of data is for
- Answering your enquiry
- Replying to your message and picking up the conversation from there.
- Arranging a consultation
- Confirming a time, sending what you need beforehand, and following up afterwards.
- Keeping the site running
- Hosting, page delivery, and the error monitoring that tells us when something breaks.
- Understanding what is read
- Seeing which guidance pages are opened most, so we can improve them.
- Protecting the site
- Spotting abusive traffic, spam enquiries, and attempts to interfere with the service.
Legal bases
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. Technical and cookie data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, and where required by law, consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing it stops future processing; it does not undo a reply we have already sent.
Where you ask us to stop using your details, we will confirm what we have done with the request and what, if anything, we are required to keep.
Sharing and keeping records
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and email, and only as needed to provide those services.
Who we share with
Hosting and email providers who keep the site and our inbox running. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
Who we never share with
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not pass enquiry details to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing matter.
If the two years matter to you
You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier than that. Write to the address below and we will confirm when it has been removed.
What you can ask for
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Access
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and we will reply within one month of confirming your identity.
Correction
If a name, an email address, or a detail in your enquiry is wrong, tell us and we will correct it in our records.
Erasure
Ask us to delete an enquiry and its record. Some information may have to be kept where the law requires it, and we will say so.
Restriction and objection
Ask us to pause processing while a question is looked into, or object to a particular use such as analytics cookies.
Portability and complaints
You can ask for the personal data you gave us in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data. We would rather hear from you first, so we have the chance to put it right.
Cookies and how to reach us
Cookies and contact
The site uses a small number of cookies, described in our Cookie Policy. They cover the basics: remembering choices you have already made and letting us see which pages are read. You can change or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the consent panel on the site.
For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected] or write to the postal address on the right. We answer during working hours and will confirm which records we hold, what we have done with your request, and when it takes effect.

Practical questions
Questions we are asked about this policy
Do I have to give personal data to read the site?
No. You can read every page without sending anything. Data is only collected when you choose to write to us, ask about a consultation, or accept non-essential cookies.
What happens to my message after I send it?
It reaches our inbox and is read by the person who answers enquiries. We reply, keep the thread while the conversation is live, and hold the record for up to two years before deleting it.
Can I withdraw consent to cookies later?
Yes. Open the cookie consent panel on the site and change your choices; the Cookie Policy sets out each category. Strictly necessary cookies stay, because the site cannot work without them.
How quickly will I hear back about a request?
We acknowledge requests within a few working days and aim to complete them within one month. If a request is complex, we will tell you why it is taking longer and when to expect an answer.
Does this policy cover anything beyond the website?
It covers data collected through fatiguefreewellness.site and by email. If we ever need to handle information from another setting, we will tell you before collecting it and explain the grounds.
Still unsure about something? Email [email protected] and we will answer the question in plain language rather than point you back to the policy.

The rest of the paperwork
Three documents sit alongside this one: the terms that govern use of the site, the cookie policy that lists what is stored in your browser, and the guidance pages you came here to read.
